Store Manager

Domino’s Pizza in Canvey Island is looking for a motivated Store Manager to lead a fast-paced, customer-first team in one of Essex’s busiest local communities. Key Responsibilities
- Run the store day-to-day to deliver great service, quality and on-time delivery performance
- Lead, coach and inspire team members to hit sales, service and productivity targets
- Manage staffing, rotas, training and performance to keep the store fully operational
- Maintain high standards across food safety, cleanliness, compliance and cash handling
- Support the franchisee with stock control, costs, reporting and local marketing activity

What You’ll Need
- Proven experience in a retail, hospitality or food service management role (QSR experience ideal)
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate teams in a high-volume environment
- Solid understanding of customer service, KPIs, labour scheduling and cost control
- Confidence with compliance (H&S/food hygiene), plus a hands-on, “lead from the front” approach
