Key Responsibilities
- Manage a caseload of around 20–25 privately funded family matters from instruction to resolution
- Advise on divorce, financial remedy, private children matters, cohabitation and separation agreements
- Handle TOLATA disputes, domestic abuse matters and applications, and pre-/post-nuptial agreements
- Support business development by building client relationships, referrals, and contributing to the team’s growth
- Supervise and mentor junior staff, helping to maintain strong standards and efficient case progression

What You’ll Need
- Qualified Solicitor with 4+ years’ PQE in family law (private family preferred)
- Confident handling financial and children matters with a client-focused, pragmatic approach
- Strong drafting, negotiation and advocacy skills, with excellent attention to detail
- Desire to step into supervision/leadership and contribute to a collaborative Romford team
