Join Adecco in recruiting a Permanent Machine Operator for a respected manufacturer in Maldon, Essex. This day shift role is ideal for a hands-on production professional who enjoys keeping machinery running smoothly and working within a quality-led, safety-first environment.

Key Responsibilities
- Operate production line machinery safely, efficiently and to agreed output targets
- Carry out routine machine set-ups, basic adjustments and first-line fault finding
- Complete machine and asset care checks, cleaning and preventative maintenance tasks
- Monitor product quality, record results and escalate issues to supervisors/engineering
- Follow site SOPs, health & safety rules and support continuous improvement on the line

What You'll Need
- Previous experience as a Machine Operator/Production Line Operator in manufacturing or warehouse production
- Good mechanical awareness with confidence performing basic troubleshooting
- Strong attention to detail for quality checks, paperwork and traceability
- Reliable, team-focused attitude with a commitment to safe working practices
