Emplyfy is recruiting a Property Handover Cleaner in Harwich to support move-out and end of tenancy cleans across residential homes and apartments. If you take pride in leaving properties spotless and inspection-ready, this is a stable full-time role with strong earning potential in Essex.

Key Responsibilities
- Complete deep cleans of vacant residential properties to a high, consistent standard
- Thoroughly clean kitchens including ovens, hobs, cupboards, splashbacks, and internal surfaces
- Sanitise bathrooms: descaling, mould treatment/removal, and hygiene-focused detailing
- Vacuum, mop, and spot-clean floors, skirting boards, doors, switches, and high-touch areas
- Report any damage, maintenance concerns, or missing items to support smooth handovers

What You’ll Need
- Proven cleaning experience (end of tenancy, deep cleaning, hospitality, or similar preferred)
- Strong attention to detail and ability to work to tight turnaround times
- Reliability, professionalism, and confidence working independently or as part of a team
- Good communication skills and a can-do approach (full UK driving licence desirable)
