Process Operator

Join Pursuit Resources Group as a Process Operator in Witham and build a long-term career with an award-winning employer in Essex. Working Monday to Friday on rotating shifts (06:00–13:00 / 13:00–20:00), you’ll play a key part in keeping processes running smoothly and safely.

Key Responsibilities
- Operate and monitor production/process equipment, following documented procedures
- Accurately record data, complete checks, and maintain clear process documentation
- Prepare materials, support set-ups, and ensure correct labelling and traceability
- Carry out routine quality checks and report any deviations or issues promptly
- Maintain a clean, organised work area and follow health & safety standards

What You'll Need
- A strong interest in science, technology, or manufacturing processes (experience not essential)
- High attention to detail and confidence working to instructions and schedules
- Good organisation skills, reliability, and a team-focused attitude
- Basic IT skills for data entry and record keeping (desirable)
