Key Responsibilities
- Complete top-to-bottom end-of-tenancy cleans to a consistently high standard
- Deep clean and restore kitchens and bathrooms, including fittings, tiles and grout lines
- Clean cupboards, appliances and all surfaces, ensuring a hygienic finish throughout
- Sanitise windows, doors, blinds and frames, paying attention to detail
- Use cleaning chemicals safely and efficiently, following health and safety guidance

What You'll Need
- At least 2 years’ end-of-tenancy (EOT) cleaning experience in rental or hospitality settings
- Good knowledge of cleaning products, chemical handling and safe working practices
- Own cleaning tools and reliable transport to reach properties in and around Harwich
- Carpet cleaning skills are a bonus (training/experience welcomed)
