Join Zero Surplus as a Wireman/Panel Builder in Billericay, supporting the build of high-quality electrical control panels for commercial and industrial projects across Essex and beyond. - Build and wire electrical control panels and enclosures to drawings and schematics
- Assemble components, trunking, DIN rail, relays, breakers, PLC I/O and associated hardware
- Carry out point-to-point wiring, looming, labelling and neat panel dressing to a high standard
- Complete basic electrical tests and fault-finding, recording results and rectifying issues
- Work closely with engineering/production to meet quality, safety and delivery targets

- Proven experience as a panel wirer, control panel builder, wireman or electrical fitter
- Ability to read and interpret electrical schematics, wiring diagrams and BOMs
- Strong attention to detail, tidy workmanship and a safety-first mindset
- Desirable: experience with industrial control systems, instrumentation, or 18th Edition knowledge
