Key Responsibilities
- Deep clean vacant residential properties following tenant move-out
- Clean and sanitise kitchens, including ovens, cupboards, worktops, and appliances
- Carry out thorough bathroom cleaning, descaling, and mould treatment where required
- Clean internal surfaces, windows, doors, skirting boards, and flooring to a handover standard
- Report any damage, maintenance issues, or missing items to support fast turnaround

What You'll Need
- Proven experience in deep cleaning, end of tenancy cleaning, or property preparation
- Strong attention to detail and the ability to work independently to deadlines
- Good knowledge of cleaning chemicals, PPE, and safe working practices
- Full UK driving licence and access to transport is preferred for multi-site work around Harwich/Essex
