Reeson Education is recruiting a caring Learning Support Assistant to work in friendly primary schools across Havering, based in and around Romford, with an ASAP start. This is a rewarding opportunity to support pupils with additional needs and build valuable classroom experience in Essex’s thriving education community.

Key Responsibilities
- Provide 1:1 and small-group support to pupils, helping them access learning and build confidence
- Assist the class teacher with lesson preparation, behaviour support and inclusive classroom routines
- Support children with SEND, including ASD/ADHD and speech, language and communication needs
- Encourage positive social interaction, emotional regulation and independence throughout the school day
- Keep simple records and share observations with teachers/SEND staff to help track progress

What You'll Need
- Experience supporting children in a school, nursery, or youth setting (desirable)
- A patient, proactive approach and a genuine passion for helping every child succeed
- Strong communication skills and the ability to work well as part of a team
- Enhanced DBS on the update service (or willingness to apply) and right to work in the UK
