Key Responsibilities
- Plan and deliver exhibition and events logistics projects from initial brief through to on-site delivery and return movements
- Coordinate worldwide freight forwarding, customs documentation, and time-critical transport schedules
- Liaise with clients, venues, agents, and internal operations to ensure service standards and deadlines are met
- Manage budgets, supplier costs, quotations, and project reporting to support commercial performance
- Identify risks and resolve issues quickly, maintaining clear communication throughout each event cycle

What You'll Need
- Proven project management experience within logistics, freight forwarding, events, exhibitions, or time-critical supply chain
- Strong organisation and stakeholder management skills, with confidence managing multiple deadlines
- Working knowledge of international shipping processes and documentation (customs awareness desirable)
- Calm, solutions-focused approach with excellent attention to detail and customer service mindset
