Key Responsibilities
- Safely deliver customer grocery orders across Basildon and surrounding Essex areas, ensuring a smooth doorstep experience
- Load, secure and unload items carefully, following ASDA procedures and manual handling best practice
- Provide excellent customer service, handling substitutions and queries politely and professionally
- Complete delivery documentation and use in-van technology to manage routes and confirmations
- Keep the vehicle clean and roadworthy, reporting any issues promptly

What You'll Need
- Full UK driving licence with a safe, responsible driving record
- Confidence driving a van and working to timed routes in varied traffic conditions
- Strong customer service skills and a positive, can-do attitude
- Reliability, good timekeeping, and the ability to lift and carry shopping crates (with support and training)
