Lettings Negotiator

Key Responsibilities
- Register applicants, understand requirements, and match tenants to suitable rental properties across Basildon and surrounding areas
- Arrange and conduct viewings, follow up promptly, and negotiate offers to secure agreed lets
- Build strong relationships with landlords, tenants, and internal teams to keep pipelines moving
- Maintain accurate records on CRM systems, ensuring compliance and high-quality customer service
- Support marketing activity and help maximise property exposure and occupancy

What You’ll Need
- Sales or customer service experience (property or lettings experience is desirable but not essential)
- Confident communication and negotiation skills with a target-driven mindset
- Strong organisation, attention to detail, and comfort using IT systems/CRM tools
- Full UK driving licence (preferred) and a professional, positive approach
