Key Responsibilities
- Manage a varied private client caseload including wills, probate, estates and LPAs
- Provide clear, empathetic advice to clients and maintain excellent service standards
- Draft and review legal documents with accuracy and attention to detail
- Support business development through referrals, networking and community presence
- Collaborate with colleagues to improve processes and help drive team growth

What You’ll Need
- Qualified Solicitor (NQ to 2 years PQE+) with private client exposure
- Confidence handling client matters with professionalism and discretion
- Strong drafting, organisation and time management skills
- A proactive attitude, with interest in developing your practice in Essex
