Evolution Sales Recruitment is hiring a Marketing Manager for a fast-growing, family-run manufacturer based in Wickford, Essex. With turnover more than doubling and major investment across sales and marketing, this is a chance to lead impactful campaigns and shape brand growth locally and beyond.

Key Responsibilities
- Own and deliver the marketing strategy across multiple in-house brands and product lines
- Plan and run multi-channel campaigns (digital, email, web, content and trade activity) to generate leads and support sales
- Manage website performance, SEO and analytics, turning data into practical improvements
- Develop compelling product and brand messaging, collaborating closely with internal stakeholders
- Track budgets, measure ROI and report on performance with clear, actionable insights

What You’ll Need
- Proven experience in a Marketing Manager role, ideally within manufacturing, technical products, IT & technology, or B2B environments
- Strong digital marketing skills including SEO, content, email marketing and campaign reporting
- Ability to balance strategy and hands-on delivery in a busy, growing business
- Great communication and stakeholder management skills; a proactive, can-do mindset
