Property EOT Cleaners

Emplyfy is growing in Harwich and we’re looking for experienced Property EOT Cleaners to deliver top-to-bottom end of tenancy cleans across Essex. If you take pride in spotless results and want secure, permanent work with excellent earning potential from £31,200 p/a, this is a strong opportunity.

Key Responsibilities
- Complete thorough end-of-tenancy cleans in residential properties (excluding ceilings)
- Deep clean kitchens and bathrooms, including cupboards and hard-to-reach areas
- Sanitise appliances such as fridges, ovens, washing machines, dryers and dishwashers
- Clean windows, doors, blinds and frames to a high standard
- Scrub, disinfect and polish all surfaces, presenting homes ready for inspection

What You'll Need
- Minimum 2 years’ experience in end of tenancy (EOT) or professional residential cleaning
- A full UK driving licence and access to a car to travel between properties
- Strong attention to detail, reliability and the ability to work efficiently to deadlines
- Professional, respectful manner when working in clients’ homes (desirable: knowledge of check-out standards)
