• Monday to Friday – 9:00am–5:00pm

• 1 flexible remote hour Saturday & Sunday

Salary: £16,800 Basic

On-Target Earnings: £30,000–£40,000+ (Uncapped Commission Structure)

A Modern Motor Trade Role

We are a fast-growing, social media-led prestige car dealership based in Roxwell, Chelmsford. Over 90% of our vehicles are sold via Instagram and other social media platforms.

We are launching a new Vehicle Junior Acquisition division focused on sourcing high-demand prestige, luxury and 4x4 vehicles before they reach auction.

Your role is not to close the deals.

Your role is to identify the right stock, structure it correctly on finance, and present it online in a way that enables our Sales Executives to secure the buyer before auction.

This is a performance-led, commercially focused position at the centre of our growth strategy.

The Role

You will:

• Scan the UK prestige, luxury and 4x4 market daily

• Source 100–150 vehicles per week from buying platforms and auctions

• Analyse margin and demand before selection

• Structure competitive monthly payments using our finance calculator

• Upload selected vehicles to our website as incoming stock

• Create high-converting Instagram posts with clear finance breakdowns

• Remove vehicles that do not convert before auction deadline

• Track this with a live spreadsheet for the sales team to easily access and find without any delays.

This is a high-volume, fast-paced role requiring strong organisation and commercial instinct.

Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)

Your performance will be measured against:

• 100–150 vehicles sourced per week

• Minimum weekly upload target to website

• Finance pricing accuracy and competitiveness

• Quality and consistency of Instagram posts

• Conversion rate of sourced vehicles through the sales team

• Stock turnaround before auction deadline

Commission and progression will be directly linked to performance against these KPIs.

Earnings & Commission

• £16,800 basic salary

• Uncapped commission structure

• Realistic OTE £30,000–£40,000+

• High performers will exceed this

Commission is linked to the success of vehicles you source that go on to sell through our team.

The stronger your sourcing and pricing decisions, the higher your earnings.

This role suits someone who:

• Is ambitious and performance-driven

• Is confident working on a computer for long periods

• Has an interest & Some Knowledge in prestige or performance vehicles

• Understands Instagram and digital marketing

• Has strong attention to detail

• Can handle volume and repetition without losing quality

• Wants strong earning potential early in their career

Motor trade experience is not essential.

Work ethic and commercial awareness are.
