Part Time Sales Assistant (Tuesday morning & Wednesday afternoon)

Summary

We are seeking a Sales Assistant to join our vibrant team at London Perfume Factory in London. As a key member of our retail environment, you will help customers find their perfect scent while embodying our brand’s dedication to quality.
Responsibilities

• Greet and assist customers with enthusiasm and professionalism.
• Provide advice on fragrance selections tailored to customer preferences.
• Manage stock levels and ensure the sales floor is well-organized.
• Keep the shop floor clean and tidy this includes mopping and wiping surfaces.
• Handle customer inquiries with courtesy.
• Keep up-to-date with new product launches and industry trends.
• Responsable for maintaining security within the store and actively monitoring for shoplifters.

Personal skills:

• Excellent communication both spoken and written in English; Second language is an advantage (l.e. Spanish, French, Italian, etc.)
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Knowledge of merchandising techniques
• Having a friendly and engaging personality
• Comfortable working with members of the public
• Should demonstrate a confident presence
• Must be helpful and polite
• Have passion, enthusiasm and knowledgeable about fragance
• A background in fragrance industry would be an advantage.
• Full UK work permit
• References (on request)
