Support Worker - Essex

Join Certitude as a Support Worker in Chelmsford and make a real difference to people with learning disabilities across Essex. This is a permanent, full-time opportunity (37.5 hours) with excellent training and clear progression in a supportive, values-led team.

Key Responsibilities
- Provide person-centred support that promotes independence, choice and dignity
- Assist with daily living skills including meal prep, budgeting, appointments and community access
- Support with personal care where required, following individual support plans
- Encourage participation in activities that build confidence, relationships and life skills
- Maintain accurate notes and work closely with families, colleagues and professionals

What You'll Need
- A caring, reliable approach and a genuine interest in social care
- Good communication skills and the ability to work as part of a team
- Flexibility to work shifts, including some evenings and weekends
- Experience in learning disability support is welcome, but full training is provided
