Key Responsibilities
- Support the kitchen team with food prep, basic cooking tasks and plating to spec
- Keep the kitchen clean, organised and fully stocked, following hygiene standards
- Wash up and maintain equipment and work areas to help service run smoothly
- Assist with deliveries, stock rotation and correct storage (FIFO)
- Work closely with chefs and front-of-house to deliver great guest experiences

What You’ll Need
- A positive, reliable attitude and the ability to work well in a team
- Good attention to detail and pride in keeping a tidy, safe kitchen
- Willingness to learn and work at pace during busy services
- Previous kitchen or catering experience is helpful but not essential (training provided)
