Integrated Health Care Management is seeking a compassionate Team Leader to join The Cedars, our 12-bed residential home in Clacton-on-Sea. This is a rewarding social care opportunity in Essex where you’ll lead a dedicated team supporting adults with learning disabilities, mental health needs and early-onset dementia.

- Lead, motivate and mentor support workers to deliver safe, high-quality care
- Develop, implement and review person-centred care plans and risk assessments
- Support with medication processes, daily living activities and meaningful engagement
- Coordinate shifts, handovers and documentation to meet CQC standards
- Work closely with families, professionals and managers to achieve positive outcomes

- Proven experience in a senior support role/team leader role within residential care
- Strong understanding of person-centred support, safeguarding and dignity in care
- Confident communicator with the ability to guide others and manage challenges calmly
- NVQ/QCF Level 3 in Health & Social Care (or working towards) is desirable
