Gymnastics and Dance Academy

Gymnastics and Dance Academy (GADA) is a family-run gymnastics and dance academy in Manningtree, Essex, providing a welcoming, supportive and positive environment where children can learn, grow and develop a genuine love of movement.

With dedicated gymnastics and dance facilities and a passionate team of qualified coaches and teachers, GADA offers classes for a wide range of ages and abilities — from children taking their very first steps into gymnastics or dance through to those progressing into competitions, performances and examinations.

As a family-run academy, creating a real sense of community and belonging is at the heart of everything we do. We want every child who walks through our doors to feel known, valued and encouraged, while building confidence, friendships and skills that extend far beyond the gym or dance floor.

Our classes develop technique, coordination, strength, creativity and performance skills while keeping positive coaching and individual progress at the centre of each child’s journey.
