Key Responsibilities
- Provide safe, person-centred care throughout the night, including personal care, mobility support and comfort checks
- Monitor wellbeing, record observations and report concerns promptly to senior staff
- Support residents with nutrition, hydration and medication routines (as trained and authorised)
- Maintain a calm, reassuring environment, responding to call bells and assisting with toileting needs
- Complete accurate care notes and contribute to handovers to ensure continuity of care

What You’ll Need
- A caring, reliable approach and confidence working night shifts, including weekends
- Experience in a care home, domiciliary care or similar setting (desirable, training available)
- Good communication skills and a commitment to safeguarding and confidentiality
- Ability to follow care plans, work independently overnight, and be a supportive team member
