Female Night Support Worker

Key Responsibilities
- Provide person-centred support throughout the night, promoting dignity, choice and independence
- Carry out regular checks, respond to incidents, and offer reassurance during periods of distress
- Support with personal care where required and encourage positive routines and wellbeing
- Complete accurate notes, handovers and records in line with care plans and company policies
- Maintain a clean, safe environment and follow safeguarding, health & safety and medication procedures

What You’ll Need
- Female applicants only (Genuine Occupational Requirement applies)
- A caring, confident approach and the ability to stay calm on night shifts (7:30pm–7:45am)
- Experience in support work, mental health, learning disability or residential care is ideal (training provided)
- Strong communication skills, reliability, and a commitment to safeguarding and professional boundaries
