Paint Sprayer

Prime Appointments is recruiting a skilled Paint Sprayer / Prepper for a medium-sized manufacturer in Witham, Essex, producing premium automotive interior components for high-end sports vehicles. This night shift role offers excellent hourly pay and the chance to join a growing team with steady, hands-on work.

Key Responsibilities
- Prepare components for paint: cleaning, masking, sanding, priming, and inspecting surfaces
- Spray paint and coatings to a high-quality, consistent finish
- Mix paints to specification and maintain correct application settings
- Carry out quality checks, identify defects, and complete rework where required
- Maintain a safe, tidy work area and follow site health & safety procedures

What You'll Need
- Proven experience as a Paint Sprayer, Prepper, or similar (e.g., car body shop, automotive, industrial spraying)
- Strong prep skills and attention to detail for high-end finishes
- Ability to work nights: 4.30pm–4.30am, Monday to Thursday
- Reliable, team-focused approach and confidence using spray equipment (HVLP/air-fed experience helpful)
