Lettings Manager

Key Responsibilities
- Manage day-to-day lettings operations, ensuring a smooth journey for landlords and tenants
- Lead, motivate and support the team to hit targets and deliver outstanding service
- Conduct or oversee property valuations, viewings, negotiations and tenancy progression
- Maintain compliance with lettings legislation, right-to-rent checks and company procedures
- Develop new business by nurturing landlord relationships and identifying local opportunities

What You’ll Need
- Proven experience in residential lettings, ideally in a Senior Negotiator or Lettings Manager role
- Excellent customer service, communication and negotiation skills
- Strong organisation and ability to manage multiple properties and deadlines
- Full UK driving licence (company car or car allowance provided)
