Join Reed as a Site Manager (Civils) in Maldon, leading a key short-term project at a Waste Water Treatment Plant with strong potential to extend. This is a hands-on, high-impact opportunity for an experienced civil engineering professional to deliver essential infrastructure works, earning £300–£350 per day while working on a site that matters to the local community.

Key Responsibilities
- Manage day-to-day site operations for civil concrete works, ensuring safe, efficient delivery
- Oversee installation works including concrete pads, drainage ditches and associated groundworks
- Coordinate subcontractors, plant, materials and permits to keep the programme on track
- Maintain RAMS, site records, quality checks and compliance with H&S and environmental standards
- Liaise with stakeholders on site, reporting progress, risks and required changes

What You'll Need
- Proven Site Manager experience within civils/groundworks and reinforced concrete structures
- Strong understanding of wastewater or utilities environments (highly desirable)
- SMSTS and CSCS (essential); First Aid and temporary works knowledge advantageous
- Confident communicator with solid planning skills and a proactive, problem-solving approach
