Labourer

Madigan Gill Ltd is recruiting a reliable Labourer for a busy construction project in Harlow. This is a great opportunity to secure steady contract work with a respected name in the Trades & Labour sector, supporting site teams across Essex.

Key Responsibilities
- Assisting skilled trades on site and following supervisor instructions
- General site labouring, including loading and unloading materials
- Keeping walkways, work areas and storage zones tidy and organised
- Supporting deliveries, moving materials safely, and disposing of waste correctly
- Maintaining a safe working environment and adhering to all health & safety rules

What You'll Need
- Valid CSCS card (essential)
- Full PPE: hard hat, hi-vis, safety boots, gloves and goggles
- Strong work ethic, punctuality and a hands-on approach
- Good communication skills and the ability to work well in a team (previous site experience desirable)
