Key Responsibilities
- Lead the end-to-end management of complex contracts, from review and negotiation through to delivery and close-out
- Provide commercial guidance to programme and operational teams, ensuring robust contractual compliance and risk control
- Draft, review and negotiate contract terms, amendments, and supporting documentation with customers and suppliers
- Manage stakeholder relationships across the business, including finance, legal, procurement, and programme leadership
- Support security clearance processes and maintain a high standard of confidentiality and governance

What You’ll Need
- Proven experience in contracts/commercial management within defence, aerospace, engineering, manufacturing or similarly regulated sectors
- Strong knowledge of contract interpretation, negotiation, and change control, with excellent attention to detail
- Confidence working with cross-functional teams and communicating clearly with internal and external stakeholders
- Eligibility and willingness to obtain/maintain UK Security Clearance; flexibility for occasional UK travel
