Key Responsibilities
- Welcome guests, handle late check-ins/early departures, and provide a friendly first point of contact overnight
- Answer calls and queries, resolve issues calmly, and ensure a smooth guest experience
- Complete simple admin tasks, including payments, reports, and updating bookings on hotel systems
- Carry out regular checks of public areas and support overnight safety and security routines
- Work closely with the wider hotel team to hand over key information for the morning shift

What You’ll Need
- A positive, reliable attitude and confidence communicating with customers face-to-face and by phone
- Ability to work independently during quiet periods and stay focused on detail
