You’ll lead procurement strategy across a multi-site, global operation—ideal if you enjoy shaping decisions, building supplier partnerships, and delivering measurable cost and service improvements.

Key Responsibilities
- Own and deliver the purchasing/procurement strategy, aligning with business and production needs
- Lead supplier selection, negotiation and contract management to secure best value and reduce risk
- Drive cost savings, process improvements and KPI reporting across sites, ensuring compliance and governance
- Manage and develop a small purchasing team, promoting consistent standards and strong stakeholder relationships
- Collaborate with operations, finance, engineering and IT to improve planning, availability and supply continuity

What You’ll Need
- Proven experience as a Purchasing Manager/Senior Buyer within manufacturing or a complex supply chain environment
- Strong negotiation skills, supplier relationship management experience, and confidence managing contracts
- Analytical approach to spend, forecasting and performance metrics; comfortable with ERP/MRP systems
- Excellent communication and leadership skills; able to influence across sites and international stakeholders
