Allen Motor Group is hiring a Car Park Assistant at our Rayleigh KIA, Ford & OMODA | Jaecoo dealership. This customer-facing contract role is a brilliant opportunity to join a respected automotive group in Essex, helping create a smooth, welcoming first impression for every visitor.

Key Responsibilities
- Deliver a professional meet-and-greet as customers arrive on site in Rayleigh
- Direct visitors to suitable parking spaces, managing flow and safety in the car park
- Introduce customers to the right department and hand over to Sales, Service or Parts teams
- Support site presentation by keeping the parking and forecourt areas tidy and organised
- Provide helpful information, answering basic queries and escalating requests appropriately

What You'll Need
- Friendly, confident communication skills and a genuine customer-first attitude
- Ability to stay calm and organised in a busy, fast-moving environment
- Awareness of health & safety and a responsible approach to site security
- Full UK driving licence and experience around vehicles/forecourts (desirable)
