Gallagher is hiring a Team Leader in Romford to support our Motorhome and Motorbike insurance team within Accounting & Finance. This is a great Essex opportunity for someone who enjoys coaching others and driving brilliant customer outcomes while developing real line management experience.

Key Responsibilities
- Lead, coach and motivate a team of up to 10 call centre agents to achieve service and performance targets
- Monitor day-to-day workflow, ensuring customers receive accurate, compliant and friendly support
- Provide regular feedback, 1:1s and on-the-job mentoring to improve quality, confidence and capability
- Handle escalations and support problem-solving to deliver timely resolutions and protect customer satisfaction
- Track key metrics and contribute ideas to improve processes, team engagement and overall performance

What You'll Need
- Proven experience in customer service, contact centre, insurance, or financial services, with exposure to team support or supervision
- Strong communication skills, able to coach, influence and build trust across a team
- Confidence working with targets, KPIs and quality standards in a regulated environment
- Organised, calm under pressure, and committed to doing the right thing for customers
