Registered Fostering Manager

NonStop Consulting Ltd is recruiting a Registered Fostering Manager for a highly regarded, not-for-profit Independent Fostering Agency, based in Romford with a flexible, home-based setup. This is a senior leadership opportunity to shape high-quality fostering services across London/Essex, with a salary of £55,000 - £64,205 p/a and the chance to make a lasting impact for children and carers.

Key Responsibilities
- Provide strategic leadership and operational oversight of the fostering service, ensuring outstanding standards of care
- Maintain Ofsted and regulatory compliance, acting as the Registered Manager and leading on quality assurance
- Support, supervise and develop a multidisciplinary team, promoting best practice and a positive, values-led culture
- Drive recruitment, assessment and retention of foster carers, ensuring robust matching and placement stability
- Build strong partnerships with local authorities and stakeholders, supporting referrals and service growth

What You'll Need
- Significant experience within fostering services, with proven leadership/management capability
- Strong knowledge of fostering regulations, Ofsted requirements, safeguarding and compliance frameworks
- Excellent communication, decision-making and stakeholder management skills
- A recognised social care qualification and willingness to be registered (if not already)
