Key Responsibilities
- Prepare, review and execute reinsurance placements accurately and on time
- Draft slips, endorsements and supporting market documentation to a high technical standard
- Initiate and manage the contract drafting process, including updates and final contract production
- Support Brokers with preparing submissions, presentations and placement strategy materials
- Track placement progress, follow up with markets and maintain clear audit-ready records

What You’ll Need
- Proven experience as a senior reinsurance broker / broker specialist within reinsurance or specialty insurance
- Strong technical knowledge of reinsurance structures, wordings and contract certainty requirements
- Excellent attention to detail and ability to manage multiple placements and deadlines
- Confident communication skills for liaising with brokers, underwriters and internal stakeholders
