After Builders Cleaner

Pertemps is seeking an experienced After Builders Cleaner for a short contract in Southend-on-Sea on 17th & 18th August. If you’re proud of high standards and enjoy turning post-construction sites into spotless, ready-to-use spaces, this is a great opportunity to pick up well-paid work in Essex.

Key Responsibilities
- Deep clean newly built or renovated residential and commercial properties
- Remove construction dust, plaster residue, paint splashes, adhesives and light debris
- Clean kitchens, bathrooms, floors, skirting, internal windows and touchpoints to a high finish
- Safely use cleaning chemicals and equipment, following site and COSHH guidance
- Work efficiently to meet deadlines while maintaining exceptional attention to detail

What You'll Need
- Proven cleaning experience, ideally within after-builders, sparkle or site cleaning
- A strong eye for detail and the stamina for physical, hands-on work
- Reliability and punctuality for a fixed 2-day booking
- Desirable: own transport to reach sites around Southend-on-Sea; knowledge of COSHH
