Key Responsibilities
- Act as the Qualifying Supervisor, ensuring electrical works meet 18th Edition, NICEIC/EIC standards, and current safety regulations
- Oversee testing and certification, including EICRs, remedial works, and completion documentation
- Carry out audits/inspections on operatives’ work, coaching on best practice and raising standards
- Manage compliance processes, keeping accurate records and supporting internal/external assessments
- Liaise with contract managers, tenants, and client representatives to maintain service quality and safety

What You'll Need
- Essential: 18th Edition and 2391 (Inspection & Testing) certification
- Proven experience in domestic/social housing electrical repairs, maintenance, and compliance
- Strong knowledge of electrical regulations, reporting, and certification requirements
