Key Responsibilities
- Provide systemic family therapy to children, young people and families, creating clear formulation and intervention plans.
- Work collaboratively within the MDT to coordinate therapeutic input and support sustainable, strengths-based change.
- Contribute to multi-agency planning and risk management, with a focus on safeguarding and improving outcomes.
- Maintain high-quality clinical records and outcome measures, ensuring evidence-based practice throughout.
- Offer consultation, reflective practice and advice to colleagues to embed systemic thinking across the service.

What You’ll Need
- Qualification in systemic family therapy and relevant registration/accreditation (or working towards), plus significant post-qualifying experience.
- Strong understanding of safeguarding, trauma-informed practice, and working with complex presentations (e.g., domestic abuse, parental substance use, mental health).
- Excellent communication skills for engaging families and professionals across education, health and social care.
- Confidence working in a fast-moving, integrated team environment and contributing to service development.
