Key Responsibilities
- Support the Branch Manager in day-to-day leadership across warehouse, transport and wider site functions
- Drive operational performance, service levels and continuous improvement initiatives
- Lead, coach and motivate supervisors and teams to deliver safe, efficient shift operations
- Monitor KPIs, resource plans and costs, escalating risks and implementing corrective actions
- Ensure compliance with H&S, SOPs and customer requirements in a fast-moving environment

What You’ll Need
- Proven experience in a logistics leadership role (warehouse, transport, or multi-site operations)
