Van Technician

Key Responsibilities
- Diagnose, service and repair vans and light commercial vehicles to manufacturer and DVSA standards
- Complete routine maintenance, inspections and safety checks to keep fleet downtime to a minimum
- Carry out fault-finding on mechanical and electrical systems, recommending effective repairs
- Maintain accurate job cards, parts usage and service records in line with company processes
- Work closely with workshop colleagues to meet turnaround targets and quality expectations

What You’ll Need
- Proven experience as a Van Technician / LCV Technician / Vehicle Technician in a workshop or fleet environment
- Strong diagnostic skills and confidence with repairs, servicing, brakes, suspension and general mechanical work
- Relevant qualification (e.g., NVQ Level 2/3 or equivalent) and a full UK driving licence
- A reliable, team-focused approach with attention to detail and a commitment to safe working practices
