Key Responsibilities
- Manage a portfolio of customer accounts, acting as the main point of contact from order placement through to delivery and aftercare
- Coordinate deliveries with internal teams and drivers, ensuring accurate ETAs, smooth scheduling and clear communication
- Resolve queries and issues quickly, keeping customers informed and maintaining high service standards
- Track orders, update systems and maintain accurate records, including changes, special requirements and delivery notes
- Spot opportunities to strengthen relationships, improve service and support account growth

What You’ll Need
- Previous experience in account management, customer service or order/delivery coordination (logistics experience is a plus)
- Excellent communication skills and confidence speaking with customers, drivers and internal stakeholders
- Strong attention to detail, good IT skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities
- A calm, solutions-focused approach and a genuine desire to provide outstanding service
