Key Responsibilities
- Drive to patients’ homes across Witham and surrounding Essex, delivering a friendly, professional home-visiting service
- Support the clinician with pre-testing, patient history and smooth appointment set-up
- Help patients choose suitable frames and lenses, explaining options clearly and compassionately
- Accurately complete orders, paperwork and follow-up actions to ensure excellent outcomes
- Maintain a tidy, well-stocked mobile kit and uphold Specsavers standards of care and confidentiality

What You’ll Need
- A full UK driving licence and confidence driving locally (customer-facing, home-visit environment)
- Previous optical experience (optical assistant background preferred) and strong attention to detail
- Great communication skills, patience and a genuine commitment to supporting vulnerable patients
- Organised, reliable and comfortable working independently while staying connected to the wider team
