Logistics Manager – Pure Resourcing Solutions, Witham (Essex) | £50,000–£55,000 p/a

Take the lead on a busy, multi-site logistics operation and drive real change across warehousing and transport. This is a high-profile opportunity in Witham for an experienced Logistics Manager to optimise performance, reduce cost, and strengthen supplier relationships within a growing Essex business.

Key Responsibilities
- Lead day-to-day logistics operations across warehousing, transport and distribution, ensuring service levels are consistently met
- Identify and deliver cost-saving and efficiency initiatives, using data to drive continuous improvement
- Manage and develop teams, setting clear KPIs and coaching to improve performance and engagement
- Own supplier and 3PL relationships, negotiating contracts and ensuring compliance with agreed SLAs
- Ensure health & safety, legal compliance and operational standards are maintained across the logistics function

What You’ll Need
- Proven experience as a Logistics Manager or Transport/Warehouse Operations Manager in a fast-paced environment
- Strong knowledge of distribution, fleet/transport planning, warehousing and supplier management
- Confident leadership skills with experience managing teams and implementing process improvements
- Strong analytical and stakeholder management skills; able to influence across departments
