Care Assistant

Key Responsibilities
- Provide companionship and friendly, person-centred support during minimum 1-hour visits
- Assist with home help tasks such as light cleaning, meal preparation, and everyday organisation
- Support clients with routines and wellbeing, promoting independence and dignity
- Carry out sittings and, where suitable, support Live-in Care placements
- Keep accurate notes and communicate clearly with the wider care team

What You'll Need
- Full UK driving licence and access to your own vehicle (essential for local visits)
- A caring, reliable approach and great communication skills
- Willingness to complete excellent in-house training (experience welcome but not required)
- A commitment to safeguarding and delivering high-quality care in the community
