Stores and Logistics Operative

Join Pursuit Resources Group as a Stores and Logistics Operative in Witham, supporting a busy laboratory operations team within a well-established, award-winning global organisation. This is a fantastic Essex opportunity with full training provided, structured shifts, and a clear route to build long-term warehouse and logistics skills.

Key Responsibilities
- Receive, check and book in goods, ensuring accurate stock control and traceability
- Pick, pack and issue materials to internal teams, keeping service levels high
- Safely move stock around site using appropriate equipment and procedures
- Support dispatch, labelling and documentation for outgoing deliveries
- Maintain a clean, organised stores area and follow health & safety processes

What You'll Need
- A reliable, proactive attitude and willingness to learn (no experience necessary)
- Good attention to detail for paperwork, labelling and inventory accuracy
- Ability to work a weekly rotating shift pattern (6am–1pm / 1pm–8pm, 37.5 hours)
- Previous stores, warehouse, logistics or manufacturing experience is beneficial but not essential
