What happens when my free listing expires?
Starter business listings never expire — they stay live permanently! For jobs and classifieds, you'll receive email reminders before your listing expires. You can either renew it for another free period (subject to limits) or upgrade to a paid plan for additional features.
Why is there a limit on free listings?
To ensure quality and prevent spam, each account is limited to 1 free business listing, 1 free job listing, and up to 3 free event listings. Upgrade to Enhanced or Premium for more listing slots and additional features.
How do I cancel my subscription?
You can cancel your subscription anytime from your dashboard. Your listing will remain active until the end of your billing period, then revert to the free plan features.
Ranking transparency — exactly what each tier gets
Within any category or town, Premium listings sort above Enhanced, which sort above Starter — same convention as Yelp, Yell and Trustpilot. Inside each tier, the order is decided by completeness, owner-photo presence, rating, review count and recency. So a complete, well-reviewed Starter listing will outrank an incomplete Premium one within their respective bands.
The Verified badge is awarded on factual checks alone — it has nothing to do with which plan you're on. Category Spotlights (paid promotion) sit in a separately-labelled “Sponsored” carousel and never displace organic results.
