Car won’t start - think it’s alternator?

Car battery is new (fitted in June) but the car’s gone flat again and the dash lights do a little disco when I try to start it. I’ve got a multimeter but don’t really know what I’m doing, so looking for someone who can diagnose on the drive and fix if it’s the alternator/belt. It’s a 2014 Ford Fiesta, petrol.
