Upstairs front bedroom has a chimney breast taking up loads of space and we want it removed back to the wall. The downstairs one stays, so it’ll need proper support/RSJ and making good. House is 1930s-ish, plaster’s already a bit temperamental. Please quote including plastering after and waste removal.
