Cut back conifer hedge (too tall now)

Conifer hedge at the bottom of the garden has got out of hand — about 12–14ft tall and around 8m long. Need it taken down to something sensible (maybe 7ft?) and all the clippings removed because my green bin will give up. Access is through the side gate, no need to come through the house.
