Gutter leaking at joint + downpipe loose

When it rains (so… constantly), water’s pouring from a gutter joint above the back door and the downpipe wobbles in the wind. It’s a 2-storey house and access is from the garden side. Just want it sealed/re-fixed properly before winter gets going.
