Hot water tap in kitchen barely runs

Cold tap is fine but the hot side is a sad trickle, and it’s driving me mad doing washing up. It’s a single-lever mixer tap, about 6 years old. If it’s just a cartridge or limescale thing, happy days — just want it flowing again.
